Early Years Crèche Worker

Brighter Futures is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Years Crèche Worker to join our committed and creative team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about early childhood development and eager to contribute to a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

You will be working with children aged 3 months to 4 years, helping to foster a nurturing and stimulating space where every child can grow and develop positively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children and families.

• Build strong, respectful relationships with children, parents, colleagues, and visitors.

• Act as a positive role model and maintain a professional, caring attitude at all times.

• Uphold and adhere to all Brighter Futures’ policies and procedures.

Working Hours:
Our crèche operates during school hours, Monday to Friday, offering a family-friendly work schedule of 20 hours term time only.
