Brighter Futures are seeking a Early Years Crèche worker to join our crèche team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our progressive, friendly, and creative crèche team, working with children aged 3 months to 4 years old.

We are looking for a reliable team player who is passionate about working with children.

Responsibilities:

• To support creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all families.
• To maintain a positive and friendly attitude with children, parents, colleagues, and visitors.
• To be professional and a good role model to the children.
• Be aware of Brighter Futures’ policies and procedures and ensure they are adhered to.
• Our crèche opening times cover school hours, term time only, Monday to Friday.

At Brighter Futures, we offer training, all bank holidays off, and a competitive salary. This is a permanent position with an option to be part of the Brighter Futures Pension scheme. The location of work is The Bridge, which has limited on-site parking.
