On Sunday, July 7, Brighter Futures held its second annual Football for Brighter Futures six-a-side tournament to raise vital funds to support families in Jersey.

Ogier who also entered a team, once again sponsored the tournament. Springfield Stadium also allowed us to hold the event there which was fabulous.

Twenty teams took part in a great morning of football, including for the first time ever our Brighter Futures Dads Club team!

The action at Springfield saw Sporting Academics (captained by Jamie Savory) playing in the final against the team from Dandara.

Sporting Academics won 3-1 and raised the Brighter Futures trophy.

The winners and runners up each took home medals.
