🧡 Brighter Futures has been fortunate enough to receive support and funding from the Lloyds Bank Foundation since our inception in 2008, totalling to a value of over £393,000. This includes the latest funding received, which will support the caseload role of one full-time key worker.

Key workers are critical for Brighter Futures’ service provision. The issues that clients are referred to Brighter Futures face are often longstanding and complex therefore, the solution will not be a quick fix. We work with families on average between two to three years, but this varies depending on their needs.

Caseloads are 1:1 holistic support packages, personalised to meet individual needs and supported by a comprehensive action plan. The key worker focuses the support around improving family relationships, increased wellbeing, second-chance learning and employment opportunities. This will lead to increased resilience and improved outcomes for the whole family.
