Ruth Brunton named as IoD 'Director of the Year - Third Sector'.
The leadership of Brighter Futures’ previous CEO, Ruth Brunton, winner of the Institute of Directors Jersey 'Director of the Year -Third Sector' Award, has been recognised for driving positive, lasting change. Her win was announced at an awards ceremony on Friday 17th September, at the Royal Yacht Hotel.
Before Ruth's retirement and after 5 years in operation, her working practice set a culture of leadership that ran positively through our entire organisation.
Purposeful in her capacity to set direction, Ruth still motivates and inspires us all at Brighter Futures Jersey.
As a non-profit Director, Ruth drove our vision, mission & values by working with and through others to achieve our goals.
Ruth made our charitable operation dynamic, engaging, and innovative. We all hold her in the highest regard. Thank you Ruth and to the IoD for recognising Ruth's leadership.
